Our commitment
Jenica Of All Trades, LLC is committed to making its website and digital services usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time badge or statement.
We aim to support common assistive technologies and accessible use through keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, descriptive alternative text, labeled form controls, responsive layouts, and content that can be enlarged without losing essential meaning or function.
The standard we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference standard and build toward it as pages are created and revised. This site has not been independently audited, and we do not claim full conformance. Naming the standard is how we describe the target we are aiming for and measure our own work against it, rather than implying a certification we do not hold.
Practical measures currently in place across the site include a “Skip to main content” link on every page, alternative text on all content images, labeled form fields, error messages announced to screen readers, and forms that can be completed with a keyboard alone.
Ongoing work
The website is reviewed and improved as content and features change. Because the site includes custom code, third-party services, older project images, external links, and evolving members-only functionality, some areas may not yet work perfectly for every user, browser, device, or assistive technology.
Third-party websites and embedded or linked services are controlled by their respective providers. We encourage those providers to offer accessible experiences, but JOAT cannot directly control their accessibility.
Need assistance or found a barrier?
If you have difficulty accessing information, completing a form, navigating the site, or using a feature, contact us. Please include the page address, a description of the problem, the device or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help.

How quickly we respond
We acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and aim to provide either a fix or a written plan with a target date within 10 business days of that acknowledgement. If a barrier will take longer to resolve — for example because it sits inside a third-party service — we will tell you that, and we will offer an accessible alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative and to address confirmed website barriers.
Feedback is useful
Accessibility needs vary. Clear feedback helps us prioritize practical improvements rather than pretending a website is finished forever. We welcome respectful reports from users, clients, vendors, and accessibility professionals.
