Jenica has done this work for more than a decade, largely through word of mouth. As JOAT steps more publicly into the market as a Black woman-owned luxury concierge and lifestyle-management company, First Call pricing recognizes the people supporting this chapter early.

Original concept pricing

Select never-been-done-before themes or concepts may qualify for preferred pricing when the project gives JOAT the opportunity to create something genuinely new for the creative portfolio.

Preferred pricing is discretionary and confirmed only in a written quote or service agreement.

Destination support may include property preparation before arrival, event setup, experience support, content capture, or another on-location project where trusted eyes on the ground change the outcome.

Complimentary pricing applies to JOAT’s service fee. Airfare, lodging, materials, purchases, vendors, rentals, and third-party expenses are separate unless a written agreement specifically includes them.
