The Itinerary Is a Website Now.
The request was logistics help and local recommendations. The answer was one link that did both.

A recent Austin trip
They did not need a giant travel itinerary. They needed the logistics figured out and really good local recommendations.
A recent client was coming into Austin for a concert and wanted help making the short trip easy: where to eat before the show, where to get a good cocktail, what made sense near Moody Center, where to brunch the next morning, and what was worth doing if they decided to stay a little longer.
So I built them a private little website with exactly what they needed, instead of sending a pile of links they would have to organize themselves.
The useful part
It is not just a list of places.
I ranked restaurants based on what each one was actually best for and where they fit into the night. Menus and reservation pages open directly. Addresses open in Google Maps. For cocktails, dinner, and the concert, I added live route links from one stop to the next so nobody has to rebuild the plan while standing on a sidewalk.
I also added the practical stuff: Moody Center rules, mobile-ticket and bag reminders, the official rideshare area, apps worth having before the weekend, and Fetii as an option if a larger group needs to ride together instead of splitting into multiple cars.
Menus, reservations, official venue links, and the useful details attached to the recommendation.
Addresses and live Google Maps routes from one stop to the next.
Helpful apps, concert rules, rideshare information, packing, and small tips that make the actual weekend easier.
Direct text, call, and email buttons back to me. No searching for an old thread.

Why the website
One link that keeps working.
That is really the point. The client can open one link from their phone and get the answer they need in the moment. If plans change, I can update it. If they send me their hotel, I can narrow the recommendations and routes even further. If they need me, I am one tap away.
This can be an overnight, a wedding weekend, a work trip, a family trip, or a much bigger vacation. JOAT travel support does not have to mean planning every second. Sometimes it means taking the research, local knowledge, logistics, and little decisions off your plate and putting them somewhere you will actually use them.
Consider it handled
Going somewhere?
Send JOAT the trip. We can take on one piece, the research, the itinerary, or the whole thing.
